Today, the Supreme Court stayed the trial proceedings in this case. His discharge application was dismissed by the Sultanpur Court and his plea for discharge was rejected by the Allahabad High Court due to this Kejriwal approached the Supreme Court challenging Allahabad High Court’s order. While hearing the case, the bench disagreed with the statement of the Delhi Chief Minister and stated that “Why are you bringing God? In a secular country, leave God alone.
