Top Court Justice MR Shah suffers ‘heart attack', rushed to Delhi

Justice MR Shah is being taken to AIIMS-Delhi in an air ambulance for treatment.

Supreme Court Justice MR Shah on Thursday suffered a ‘heart attack’ in Himachal Pradesh. he's being taken to AIIMS-Delhi in an air ambulance for treatment.

However, he's reportedly stable now. during a statement issued by Justice Shah’s office as reported by wire service ANI, he said, “I am stable. there's nothing to fret about. i will be able to be reaching Delhi soon. By the day after tomorrow, i'll be better.”

Justice Shah has served as magistrate of Patna judicature and is additionally a former judge of Gujarat court. He was appointed as a judge of Supreme Court on November 2, 2018, and is scheduled to retire on May 15, 2023.
